4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase; it is not confirmed until MisoDeals verifies and accepts it (via call/WhatsApp/SMS confirmation for COD orders).
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, repeated COD refusal, incorrect address/contact details, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.
  • Customers may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting our support team. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy instead.

5. Payment

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Online Payments (JazzCash, Easypaisa)
  • Bank Transfer

For advance-paid orders, please ensure payment details/screenshots are shared as instructed at checkout. MisoDeals is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details submitted by the customer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled by our courier partners (TCS, Leopards Courier, M&P) as detailed in our [Shipping Policy]. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed; MisoDeals is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns & Refunds
